How do I start my return?

What is the return process?

Once we received your package, it can take up to 14 days to process your return. The item you return must be unworn, unwashed and in its original undamaged packaging. However, please note that we will not refund return shipping costs unless the products received had manufacturing fault or incorrect. Please note that packages are your responsibility until they are returned. How do I cancel my order?

Customer will need to make payment for the return shipping cost as we will not supply free shipping label. if it was not our fault. The customer will be charged for shipping cost for sending back the replacement to the customer as well.
